Pocket Premium is not a financial adviser, broker, or dealer. Everything the service produces — Opportunity Scores, fair-value estimates, XIRR figures, quality checklists and assistant responses — is general information and mathematical modelling, not personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Options trading carries a substantial risk of loss, including losses greater than your initial outlay. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
By creating an account or using Pocket Premium (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is in free beta. It is provided as a work in progress: it may contain errors, may change without notice, and may be interrupted, limited, or withdrawn at any time. Features described on the pricing page reflect our intended launch plans and may change. No fees are charged during the beta.
We may impose usage limits (for example, a daily cap on manual rescans) to protect the service and its underlying data costs.
The Service does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs. It does not execute trades, connect to your brokerage, or handle your money or securities. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to transact in any security. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before trading.
Past performance and modelled or hypothetical results do not predict future results.
Market and fundamental data is licensed from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Figures are computed from data as at the snapshot time shown in the interface. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and we are not liable for provider errors or outages.
During the beta, accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to circumvent usage limits or access controls, scraping or redistributing market data, reverse-engineering the scoring engine, or using the Service unlawfully.
We store the account details supplied by Google sign-in (such as your email address) and the information you enter — watchlists, screening rules, and any trades you log. We use it to operate the Service and to improve it during the beta. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you submit through our beta-tester questionnaire is collected via Google Forms and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Premium and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any reliance on its scores, valuations, or assistant output.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
